Pneumatic drawing system with variable pressure for each individual punch.
Each punch is fitted with a safety micro-switch.
The die is designed to cut and draw aluminium Pilfer proof, Stelcap and similar caps.
The die can be manufactured with 3-4-5-6-7 punches depending on the cap shell diameter and the output required.
The die is designed to be assembled on our presses.
Output: from 25.000 to 60.000 pcs/hr depending on the number of punches
