SINGLE ACTION DIE TOOL FOR ALUMINIUM CAPS TYPE SSE

Single action die tool with 4 guiding columns and 3/9 punches.

Pneumatic drawing system with variable pressure for each individual punch.

Each punch is fitted with a safety micro-switch.

The die is designed to cut and draw aluminium Pilfer proof, Stelcap and similar caps.

The die can be manufactured with 3-4-5-6-7-8-9 punches depending on the cap shell diameter and the output required.

The die is designed to be assembled on our presses (both electronic and mechanic).

ROTARY REDRAWING MACHINE FOR ALUMINIUM CAPS RRM10

Continuous rotary motion redrawing machine with 10 punches suitable for lengthening and trimming long and extra long caps starting from either first or second draw shell.

Caps having a maximum height of H= 49mm (ex. 28×38-44, 30×35-44 etc.) require a single redrawing operation whereas caps exceeding the height of H=49mm (ex. 30-31.5×50-55-60) require two redrawing operations.

The redrawing is made by 10 dies having a pneumatic drawing system that can be adjusted.

A cam with double profile with constant descent puts into motion the redrawing control, which permits to make the lengthening on the best conditions.
Automatic lubrication system for the cam and the gears. The caps are discharged oriented, whereas the trims are ejected separately. Matrixes are made from sintered material and coated to assure long life.

The machine complies with European safety laws (CE).

Output: 36.000 pcs/hr maximum.

BLV11/B-IRV24 Continuous rotary motion rolling machine with either 11 or 14 heads for knurling, perforating, rolling and beading Pilfer Proof aluminium closures (Ø28×18 and similar). System for simultaneous centring of the knurling on all heads.

Continuous motion rotary inserting machine with either 24 or 30 punches for inserting double faced EPE liners into aluminium closures.

The machine complies with European safety laws (CE).

Output: from 60.000 to 72.000 pcs/hr maximum depending on number of heads

ROLLING-LINING MACHINE FOR ALUMINIUM CAPS TYPE BLV8-IRV16DF-MSV

Vertical continuous rotary motion rolling machine with 8 heads for knurling, perforating, rolling and beading aluminium closures.

System for simultaneous centring of the knurling on all 8 heads.

Continuous motion rotary inserting machine with 16 punches for inserting double faced EPE liners and/or single faced TIN liners (for wine) into aluminium closures.

The feeding units for liners are separated and dedicated for each type of liner (EPE with vertical tube – Tin foil with horizontal channels) so that to allow a quick change over ( Quality control system prepared to accept 3 cameras (cameras not included).

QUALITY INSPECTION MACHINE TYPE MSV

Inspection machine prepared to accept up to 3 cameras (a lower camera to inspect the top print, an upper one to inspect the liner and another upper one to inspect the edge of the cap).

Tubular chassis in aluminium, base plate in steel, star with 30 stations, vacuum to hold the cap in the star’s pocket, ejection of defective caps by means of an electro-valve.

Accident prevention frame with dark panels in polycarbonate to minimise the problems connected to external lighting.
