Type ITV8-ARV1616 cutting – folding – assembling line for special plastic closures composed of:

– n. 1 continuous motion vertical rotary slitting machine with 8 heads for cutting the plastic cap;
– n. 1 continuous motion rotary assembling machine with 2 flywheels with 16 punches each for folding the internal flap of the plastic cap and assembling it with the inner cap.

The machines comply to European safety laws (CE).

Output: 20 – 27.000 pcs/hr depending on closure type

CUTTING – ASSEMBLING LINE FOR PLASTIC CLOSURES TYPE ITV-ITV-ARV

Cutting – assembling line for special plastic closures composed of:

  • n. 1 continuous motion vertical rotary slitting machine with 5 heads for cutting the first plastic component (overcap);
  • n. 1 continuous motion vertical rotary slitting machine with 5 heads for cutting the second plastic component (body);
  • n. 1 continuous motion rotary assembling machine with 1 flywheel with 16 punches for assembling the 2 plastic components that have been previously cut.

The machines comply to European safety laws (CE).
