Cutting – assembling line for special plastic closures composed of:

• n. 1 continuous motion vertical rotary slitting machine with 5 heads for cutting the first plastic component (overcap);
• n. 1 continuous motion vertical rotary slitting machine with 5 heads for cutting the second plastic component (body);
• n. 1 continuous motion rotary assembling machine with 1 flywheel with 16 punches for assembling the 2 plastic components that have been previously cut.

The machines comply to European safety laws (CE).

Output: 20 – 25.000 pcs/hr depending on closure type
