MACA ENGINEERING DOUBLES ITS MANUFACTURING FACILITY

In the presence of the authorities and all the employees, the second MACA ENGINEERING plant was inaugurated in San Quirino (Pordenone – Italy) on 3 August 2022.

MACA ENGINEERING, that manufactures and supplies worldwide a full range of automatic machines and complete lines for the production and the assembly of aluminium and plastic caps and closures, is now part of the AROL Group which includes AROL Closure System (Canelli), the global point of reference with 40 years of experience in the design, manufacture and distribution of capping equipment, feeding and cap orientation machines, UNIMAC-GHERRI (Montecchio Emilia), specialist in filling and closing glass containers with twist-off tops, TIRELLI (Marmirolo), focused on packaging equipment for the cosmetics, home and body care industry. To date, the AROL Group has installed more than 31,000 machines worldwide, with 800 specialists in 4 production plants in Italy and 11 operating subsidiaries worldwide.

With the new factory, the company will occupy a total area of almost 9,500 square meters, of which 1,000 will be used for offices and the remaining for the production of components and assembly of machines that are shipped from San Quirino all over the world.

The new building has been designed in a "green" perspective:

"open space" offices, "paperless" organization, production areas and offices fully air-conditioned summer and winter without using fossil fuels (thanks to heat pump systems (in fact more than 1/3 of the energy useful to the whole company will be produced by photovoltaics).

MACA ENGINEERING now employs 46 people and has about 1000 machines installed in the world and is constantly looking for new technical and commercial talents for its commercial expansion plans in Europe and in the world.
